What we do with what you send us.
You are being asked to hand over invoices and contract terms before you know us. This page states plainly how that information is handled.
What we collect
When you request a review we collect the name, organization, email address, and any phone number you provide, along with the details you enter about spend, contract dates, and site count. If you attach documents, we receive those files. We also record which campaign, search, or referring site brought you to us, and which page you arrived on.
Why we collect it
To prepare the written Energy Position Review you asked for, and to contact you about it. Nothing more. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not provide it to data brokers or list vendors.
Your documents
Invoices, supply agreements, and interval data are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems. They are read by Elyte personnel working on your review. No retail electricity supplier receives your usage data, load profile, or any document unless you decide to go to market — and at that point you approve specifically what is released and to whom.
How long we keep it
Documents and review materials are retained for up to 24 months so we can support a renewal conversation, then deleted. If you become a client, records are retained for the life of the engagement and for the period required by applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion at any time by emailing carol@elyte.energy, and we will confirm in writing once it is done.
Marketing communications
The review request itself never subscribes you to anything. Market briefs and renewal reminders are sent only if you separately check the optional consent box, and every message carries an unsubscribe link. Withdrawing consent does not affect your review.
Letters of authorization
A letter of authorization (LOA) is a separate document that we will explain before you sign. It states exactly which entities may release your utility data, what may be released, how long the authorization lasts, and how to revoke it. We do not bundle authorization into a marketing checkbox.
Cookies and measurement
We use analytics to understand which pages and campaigns bring qualified inquiries. These tools record page views, clicks, and whether a form was completed. They do not read the contents of the documents you upload.
