Approach

We work for the buyer. That’s the whole model.

Twenty-two years in deregulated retail energy — enough time on both sides of the table to know where the margin lives and which concessions are actually available.

Process

How an engagement actually runs.

01

Data intake

Twelve months of invoices, your interval data, and the current supply agreement — pulled directly from the utility with your authorization. No cost and no obligation to look.

02

Position & baseline

What you pay today, what is fixed versus passed through, where the load is exposed, and how the market sits against your renewal window. This is the conversation most buyers have never had.

03

Strategy before solicitation

Term length, structure, and how much budget variance the organization can tolerate — decided before anyone quotes a number, so the market does not set your strategy for you.

04

Formal RFP

Qualified suppliers receive identical load data and contract requirements, and bids come back normalized. You see every response, not a filtered recommendation.

05

Contract & execution

Terms reviewed line by line before signature, with risk-shifting clauses flagged in plain language and negotiated where there is room. Then enrollment with the utility.

06

Ongoing management

Invoice verification against contracted terms, dispute resolution, market updates against your position, and a renewal calendar — so the next term is a decision, not a fire drill.

Principles

What we believe about buying energy.

You see every number we see

Every supplier response, our compensation, and the assumptions behind each comparison. A recommendation you cannot audit is not advice — it is a sales pitch.

Timing follows your calendar

The right moment to contract comes from where the forward curve sits against your renewal window, your budget cycle, and how much term you need — not from whoever happens to be quoting that week. We build the schedule well ahead of the decision.

You can verify us before you talk to us

Elyte Energy Partners, LLC is registered with the Public Utility Commission of Texas as an electricity broker, registration BR250152 — listed under Elyte Energy Partners, LLC in the Commission’s alphabetical directory of brokers. Brokers do not sell or take title to power — we advise and negotiate, and we are accountable to the Commission’s customer protection and disclosure rules.

The rate is one line of many

Demand charges, transmission, pass-throughs, and rate class often move the all-in number more than the energy price everyone fixates on.

Fit

Where we’re most useful.

This is probably a fit if…

  • Annual energy spend is six figures or more
  • Your contract renews in the next 24 months
  • You operate across several sites or markets
  • A bill jumped and nobody can explain why
  • New load or a new facility is coming online
  • Nobody internally owns energy as a full-time job

Probably not a fit if…

  • You are a residential or small-office account
  • You are in a fully regulated market with no retail choice
  • You already have an in-house energy desk
  • You want a rate quote and nothing else

If it is the last one, we will tell you so and point you somewhere useful rather than take the engagement.

Send a recent bill. We’ll tell you what we see.

No cost, no obligation. You keep the analysis either way.
